Unresolved emotional trauma can show up in your life at unexpected times and in unexpected ways.
Tosha shares her story of moving to Israel and acclimating to a new culture and way of life for 3 years before returning to The United States. The reality of Israel and the likelihood of the boys serving. The difference of community living and facing outwards, versus the close inward connect of their immediate 5 person family in The United States. Such an interesting perspective, and relatable on a smaller scale of juggling Motherhood alongside other relationships.
She shares a time she suddenly went through depression, and how she helped herself heal by connecting her past to current feelings showing up. Tosha is just SO darn relatable!
The dots between past trauma and what’s showing up in your life currently are so closely linked, and Authentic Parenting nails that every episode! It’s such an individual journey that takes a lot of insight, hard work and examination of current habits holding you back. Listen in to this episode to be inspired to live your life to the fullest, accept the past, heal, and follow the path life leads you to!
