I share a personal experience. As a result of my social experiment I leaned a few important life lessons and came up with 7 rules.
It all started In September 2017.
I started noticing some unusual symptoms, such as low grade, generalized anxiety, restlessness, being unable to focus and remain in one place, sort of I couldn’t find my place…sleep issues…interrupted sleep…and just inability to enjoy life and my entire well being was out of whack.
Why? I thought. Am I aging? Do I have an underlying illness? I started taking my vitamin D again. This is my go to approach in such situations:)
I also started feeling depressed…lonely…sad…and if you knew me…this is not me.
What was happening? What was different in my life.
Well, as I started to take a closer look, it all became clear. Maybe not all at once…
