We will explore what makes parenting hard, why we yell, how your childhood experiences, stress and exceptions influence your thoughts and actions towards your children. (yikes!)
How yelling affects children, their brain, their well-being and behavior.
We will also learn to uncover your unmet emotional needs, track your emotions, learn to feel your emotions and self-regulation skills. (very important!)
How big is your stress container and where is your stress dial? We will learn to identify the stressors in your life, ditch the overwhelm, create more openness and authenticity.
Practical, science-based tools to help you remain calm and become more mindful in those challenging situations.
We will learn how to respond in the moment rather than react. I will teach you my 3 step Calm Formula. You will learn to shift the way you look at undesirable behavior, uncover hidden stressors that could be affecting your child (behavior, sleep, attention and learning), meet your children's emotional and physical needs. You will learn simple, yet powerful, practices and exercises to center and ground yourself.
